i-Watch has established relationships with internet service providers and web hosting companies around the world. When an infringement incident is reported by an i-Watch Member, we first take steps to get the unauthorized material removed; we then investigate the possibilities of civil recovery of both real and punitive damages. . .  or even criminal prosecution. We also compile, update and maintain a database on infringers and make that information available to law enforcement agencies worldwide.
